    Her career spans more than 30 years, with a concentration on bringing about human-centered transformation in not-for-profit and government settings. Stacy’s has proven expertise in customer experience, user experience, digital strategy, knowledge management, content strategy, information architecture, and multi-channel service design.

    She’s worked with the Departments of Agriculture, Defense, Health and Human Services, Justice, Veterans Affairs, U.S. Agency for International Development, and the White House.
