Steve Crosby is our go-to person for the site development. He loves building software, from the first glimmer of success as a prototype begins to take form all the way to the eventual delivery to satisfied users. Steve makes people’s jobs and lives easier, creating value where it’s needed. For him, writing software is not a job. It’s just what he does.
His career spans more than fifteen years with work recognized within the open-source community for its innovative engineering, robust reliability and battle-tested performance. His pioneering work helped develop scalable web services, and few can match his understanding of Cloud Management and server architecture.

Ben McMaster helps the UX-radio website/podcast run smoothly. He is a product strategist and software engineer living in Venice, CA. Ben loves creating intuitive and beautiful user interfaces powered by apps that solve real problems. He also loves surfing, guacamole, 90’s hip-hop, old Cadillacs, golfing, Peanut M&Ms, and salsa dancing.
